Riders take part in the Hogback Twister Challenge Ride at their own risk and understand the dangers of riding mountain roads. It is also understood that the organizers offer no road side or break down assistance and that it is the riders responsibility to recover their bike should it break down. By taking part in the event, riders agree that they assume the entire risk of any accidents or personal injury, including death, which might be sustained to their person and property  in the event, and any negligence (except willful neglect) on the part of the oranziers in performing their duties.
